We hope you are now enjoying monitoring some amazing sailing on the internet rather than braving it out there in some very chilly December weather.

The Volvo and GOR are dear to our hearts as we look after many of the teams and are of course the team doctors to both races.

Some of you may have read about the injury to the bowman on Camper and it is certainly worth a watch on Youtube. We were very happy to be able to assist the crew in the managment of the injury.
