Tender Standard Kit

Tender Standard Kit

The Tender Standard Medical Kit is a more basic version designed for vessels undertaking shore trips or engaging in water sports activities like water skiing, jet skiing, or wakeboarding. It provides immediate first aid for minor injuries such as soft tissue injuries, allergic reactions, joint sprains, eye problems, and asthma attacks. It is a practical solution for initial treatment until the casualty can be transferred back to the main vessel or shore for further medical care.

This kit is intended to be used as an initial response tool and is not a stand-alone solution. It complements the more comprehensive medical kits found on the main vessel, ensuring that the tender crew can respond effectively to injuries and medical issues while in remote locations. Like the Advanced kit, the Standard kit is recommended for boat crew with first aid training, ideally supplemented with telemedical support.

Suitable for

The Tender Standard Medical Kit is suitable for boat crews involved in shorter, less distant trips, or those who are engaged in activities where minor injuries are more likely to occur. It provides essential first aid for medical situations encountered while away from the main vessel. This kit is ideal for crew members with basic first aid training, although telemedical support is also recommended for complex medical issues or emergencies.
